Two weeks and no curry! (Most of mainland Europe seems devoid of Curry houses) So the journey from Hagenau was fine tuned to arrive at the Light of India (about 200 metres from the docks at Dover) for a final group meal.
YM with Pete, Tom, Andy and Tone flew from Hagenau to Rheims after a late departure, due to the lingering low cloud and rain, to meet the convoy and change to Pete and Phil for the flight back to Dunstable. The grey skies of France finally gave way to clear skies for the Channel crossing and the last leg to Dunstable for both YM and the ferry.
The trailers finally reached Dunstable around 11pm.
A seriously memorable trip!
